- New to town, Fidelity is contacted by fixer for a job. She gets fixer to find her some people for a team. Fixer gives Shade's details, and she arranges to meet at a bar in Fort Lewis. While waiting she meets Havoc, a freelance 'consultant'.
- Hired to find 'The Architect' aka Mr Akatomoto. Mr Johnson appears to be a cop. Mr Akatomoto is a former Renraku employee who is now a snuff BTL dealer. We traced one of the victims of a snuff BTL chip to a gang called The Valiants. It seems some homeless guys from this gang's area have also gone missing (probably victims too).
- We track down 'The Architect' and raid his gear, and kill him - make him experience one of his own snuff chips.
- It turns out 'The Architect' is not Mr Akatomoto, and so team is still looking for him.
- By tapping into his former wife's phone, we track him down to a warehouse.
- Just as we're about to raid the warehouse, another team, Team Havoc hits it.
- We're not deployed to handle their attack, and they get one over on us.
- The Mole's hand is blown off in their attack, and that group kills Mr Akatomoto.
- Fidelity contacts Mr Johnson, as after all the mission requirements have been fulfilled. 'The Architect' and Mr Akatomoto are dead, and the lab destroyed. Mr Johnson suddenly has a corporate accent, assumptions he may have been masquerading as a cop are proven true. Turns out he hired the other team, and only paid the one to finish first, i.e. them and not us.
