Self Destruction

When one or more members of the team get annoyed at how the game is progressing and decide to kill the other party members. Associated chaos and much shouting ensues followed by someone leaving in a huff. Happens about once every 4-5 runs.

This is different from the usual form of Group Destruction that is GM influenced, such as being Double Crossed by the Mr Johnson and similar.
