Ex-Cop, ex-alcoholic, ex-family man. Went rogue when his daughter OD'd on BT Ls supplied by the mob. He pushed them to the point where they set him up for the murder of a fellow detective.
Running his own PI agency, Morlein occasionally works with Maclaines crew.
