Japanese Jamaican Consortium
Mysterious organised crime syndicate in New Orleans, CAS. Consists of Japanese and Jamaican members. Or at least thats what the word on the Streets has to say.
Actually it was originally a cover name used by the Shadowrunning team consisting of Myst Null, Speedy, and Coffee and subsequently retained even as the teams composition changed. The name was needed because various runs kept bringing the team up against organised crime (mainly the Triads) and it was hoped that by creating a false organisation it would keep the teams enemies looking in the wrong places. The name was carefully chosen by Speedy since the ethnicity of team members such as Kendo, Myst, Tofu and Coffee would support it. Also because no one would be looking for any blonde, blue eyed Irish elves in connection with it.
