Shadowrunner and mercenary.
Runs a team of Shadowrunners.
Appeared in Chipped Dreams when the (gasp) Mr Johnson Double Crossed us, he had hired Havoc's group to do the same job.
Fidelity has his contact details after they met at the bar and chatted (read flirted ? ).
