Distinguishing Features: Light scarring on arms, legs and two on the left hand side of his face from edged weapons give him his tiger stripes!!! Eyes completely black except for green irises, pointed ears... a gift of the surge.
Former Ganger/Drug dealer. Bioware/cyberware enhanced. Owner of 2 Ares Delta Assault rifles (you didn't think I made them up for no reason, did you? - Foz). Also has two custom machine pistols.

Likes: Jazz, Dating girls in the orchestra (especially violinists!!!), Drawing Manga, Chewing on matches to avoid smoking.

Dislikes: Junkies, Heights, Flying, The Mafia.

Personality: Grim, pragmatic, dry witted, deadpan SOH. Priorities are Himself and his partners, the mission (and the money), everything else third. Not bothered by killing but doesn't do it unless he has too.

Elizabeth Larocca - Sister, 32, corporate secretary, married. Blames Kirby for being their father's favourite and having the family's savings used up on intelligence boosting bioware and cyberware. As a result she couldn't go to college and their parents died in a low cost nursing home.

Player note: Look on the Web (or your Local comic store) for a couple of comics called 'the Couriers', published by Ait/Planet Lar. That's pretty much what the idea and background is ripped off from. They are very entertaining.
