Filipino boy whose parents were killed in the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. His real name is [[Anselmo Arroyo]]. Was placed in an orphanage but was later ilegally adopted at the age of 6 in 2060 by [[Satoshi Nakamura]] with the help of his Yakuza connections in the [[Mitsumoto Gumi]]. Anselmo was kidnaped back by his brother [[Ignacio Arroyo]], but Ignacio was killed and Anselmo retrieved by the team in [[Findng Yoshi]].
