Phillapino boy whose parents were killed in the Japanese occupation of the Phillapines.  His real name is [[Anselmo Arroyo]].  Was placed in an orphanage but was later ilegally adopted by [[Satoshi Nakamura]] with the help of his Yakuza connections in the [[Mitsumoto Gumi]].  Anselmo was kidnaped back by his brother [[Ignacio Arroyo]], but Ignacio was killed and Anselmo retrieved by the team in [[Finidng Yoshi]].  Anselmo had his memories erased about this incident after his return to his adoptive father.
