October 25 Alliance

The October 25 Alliance shares its goals (to rid the San Francisco Bay Area of the Japano Corps and more recently Protectorate General Jeiji Saito) with the MPA but takes a much more political rather than paramilitary role. Not to say that they don't engage in paramilitary acts. The October 25 Alliance also supports many social programs in the San Francisco Bay Area to help Metahumans and humans, one of which is the Peoples University.
