Jubei was an unfortunate fixer who was killed thanks to the incompetence of Whisper, where he killed the oyabun's daughter Pai.
Jubei was the first character to commit harakiri to atone for his failure, his and Pai's death forever will weigh on Whisper's hands.

His head was cut off by Jinx as his choosen's chunnin.
