Filipino boy whose parents were killed in the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. His real name is Anselmo Arroyo. Was placed in an orphanage but was later ilegally adopted at the age of 6 in 2060 by Satoshi Nakamura with the help of his Yakuza connections in the Mitsumoto Gumi. Anselmo was kidnaped back by his brother Ignacio Arroyo, but Ignacio was killed and Anselmo retrieved by the team in Findng Yoshi. Anselmo had his memories erased about this incident after his return to his adoptive father.
