Phillapino boy whose parents were killed in the Japanese occupation of the Phillapines. His real name is Anselmo Arroyo. Was placed in an orphanage but was later ilegally adopted by Satoshi Nakamura with the help of his Yakuza connections in the Mitsumoto Gumi. Anselmo was kidnaped back by his brother Ignacio Arroyo, but Ignacio was killed and Anselmo retrieved by the team in Finidng Yoshi. Anselmo had his memories erased about this incident after his return to his adoptive father.
