He was been sent to Seattle to set up a new west coast headquarters for the company. He was kidnapped by Wuxing Inc in the run The Replacement Executives. Was killed by a Goon when Pathfinder ran up the stairs a little too fast, making a little to much noise.
The body was returned to Mr Fowler.
