A tall, blind, cadaverous albino black man who speaks in a whisper, he truly lives the part.<br /> <br /> Sebastian enjoys making people uneasy, and as a mind control specialist he has more options than most people when it comes to methods.<br /> <br /> Living in New Orleans, he takes the occasional shadowrunning job, but is more interested in acquiring favours and opportunites for magical power than nuyen. Over a number of runs, he has built up a small army by capturing and brainwashing many a [[Physical Adept]], as well as raising a horde of zombies. So far, he has held these assets in reserve for when somebody comes after him.<br /> <br /> While Sebastian projects an image of stereotypical evil, he is more complicated than that. He does have a monomaniacal nature, but to a different end, and the image he presents is a deliberate one cultivated to give him the air of legend on the streets. In voudoun, powerful and important houngans of the past are believed to have become loa upon their deaths. This is Sebastian's true goal, and he seeks a fearsome reputation and magical power so that he will achieve this exalted state.</div>
