 Scientist taken to safehouse, Kaplan joine dlater (after killing pilot?). Fiona (physad) said he was acting suspicious and mentioned something that didn't seem to make sense. Scientist then dissapeared from inside the safehouse - when Fiona and Sark were sleeping. Kaplan woke them up and said Scientist had dissapeared. Team split up to look for Scientist, and not met up since.
 Sark reveals he was working for UCAS govnt (Army). Sark and Mark mindprobe each other to check we're telling each other the truth - they are.

 Mark identifies a lone man, and Mole sneaks past the guard room and narcojets the lone man and knocks him unconscious. Mole moves him off the chair and looks at what he was working on, something about subject B coming along nicely and still being stable. Mark and Katsu join Mole, and Mark mindprobes the unconscious guy. Yankovich was here a month ago, went downstairs to use the machine, and 3 weeks ago went to meet some people and has since not been seen. This 'machine' is a project helix device. He's seen Kaplan (a subject) around, he's a willing participant. Yankovich is the organiser of project helix, and this instalation is run by Yankovich. Facility has been running for several years, with Yankovich making irregular visits.
