Paramilitary group whose goal is to rid the Sanfrancisco bay area of the Japano Corps and more recently Protectorate General Jeiji Saito. Formed from 25-30 smaller groups, the MPA uses heavy handed gurilla tactics including: Sabotage, bombings, kidnappings and assassinations.
