Portland, Tir Tairngire
Portland hold a special status in Tir Tairngire. Surrounded by a 10 meter high wall the city acts as a portal o the outside world. It is easier (although still no a walk in the park) to access Portland than it is to get into the rest of Tir Tairngire. Portland is ruled by a Military Tribunial and policed by the Tir Peace Force.
