Karatsa Rengo
Yakuza Rengo Location: San Fransisco Bay Area, California Free State Head Gumi: Karatsa Gumi
The Karatsa Rengo was formed by Shatoshi Karatsa when he broke away from the Watada Rengo after the military coup by Protectorate General Jeiji Saito. This yakuza rengo now works closely with Saito in controlling the San Fransisco Bay Area.
