Human Street Doc - Strict looking woman with blonde hair tied up into a bun. Wears glasses and a labcoat. With pens in the pocket. Very sarcastic, especially if people arrive with what she considers to be 'self-inflicted' wounds (ie: if you're stupid enough to put yourself in a position where you get shot).
