The south side of Victoria Harbor is the business and commerce downtown of [[Hong Kong]].  Dominating the skyline is the [[Wuxing]] headquaters built to lay on two [[Dragon Lines]] to take advantage of the Feng-Shui of the area.  The area is also the site of the most serious mana warping and wild magic.
