He stared at the message.  A simple text document, no holo, no sound just words projected in front of his eyes.  Despite hiring the best tech he knew, the sender of the message remained a mystery and had obviously gone to some lengths to hide their identity.  It the end it didn't matter, it was the content of the message that mattered.  He knew he'd never been the perfect husband or the perfect father, and that his wife had ever right to do the things she did.  His job, the job, always the job came first.  But when your faced with loosing something that you took for granted the choices in front of you become clearer.  He may not have book a good father, but he was a father and it was time to act like it, after all no parent should ever outlive their child...
