Having read it through and thought about it I've made a few minor and major changes to streamline the system and make it faster.
Having not read the original rules I can't compare, but the one thing that occurs is isn't a bit odd to determine next turns speed/positioning before you've done anything this turn? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the terminology....
