Sovoreign Tribal Council
Organisation created from the terrorist/freedom movement SAIM (Soverignty for American Indian Nations). Conducted a war against the USA and Canada using powerful magic until the USA and Canada agree to the STC's demands in the treaty of Denver in 2018. Originally headed by Daniel Howling Coyote who left after the Native American Nations becane to fight amoungst them self.
