People's University
Underground Charity Organisation Location: San Francisco Bay Area, California Free State
The People's University was set up by the October 25 Alliance as a way of supporting the education of Metahumans downtrodden by the Japannese occupation of the San Francisco Bay Area. The People's University organises secret classes in a variety of subjects (From basic literacy, to politics and law, and even small unit tactics and unarmed combat) which remain on the move to avoid detection. They also are involved in the running of several street clinics. The People's University is a priority target for terror squads spensored by Saito and the Japano Corps.
