A traditional "Entertainment House" in a 19th century British colonial style. The Peoni Palace cators for a more refined customer, and some coporations even send their employees here as its considered an ethical pass time. The Peoni palace is protected by the Red Dragon Triad but is considered an Ellesiyum for the many factions within the city, as long as no one causes any trouble. Many shadowy and "other" meetings occur in its rooms.
