Arms dealer who supplied weapons to the Yucatan Rebels. Operated out of New Orleans under the permission of the Ginelli Family. Ran up large gambling debts, so struck a deal with the Zobop Yardis in Extreme Ways. Miguel Escobar of the Yucatan Rebels came to buy some weapons and Mr Chase double crossed him stealing 500,000 Nuyen. Mr Chase is on the run now and thought to be in the Caribean Free League.
