Kowloon in general refers to the lowlands adjacent to Victoria Harbor South Shore south of Lion Rock Mountain. Kowloon is the ubran sprawl of Hong Kong. It is the home to most of the work force of wage slaves who live in huge high rise appartment complexes across the districts. The area of Kawloon has suffered from a lot of hardship and generally the more in land you go the worse the place gets. It is also the center of much of the organised crime activity and is the home of many Hong Kong Triads.
