Fatal Snow Prologue
The following events take place between the dates of the 21st of February 2063 and the 12th of March 2063
February 22nd 2063
The Mole is woken up at 3 am in the morning by Mr Sanchez with the following news.
At around 1 am this morning a single unknown assailant assaulted the Clinic of Dr Montoya (moles street doc contact). From security cameras the assailant was Male, tall of unknown metatype, although possibly Human, Ork or Elf, dressed in black and armed with an HK MP10 SMG.
The attacker enter the clinic by rappelling down from the roof and then blew out the window to the clinic with a shaped charge. He then triggered several Neurostun X grenades. All the security guards in the clinic where quickly over come. The cameras monitored him entering the Intensive care facility at which point the assailant took out the cameras.
When Mr. Sanchezs people arrived on the scene they found that all of the guards and staff where unconscious and that the patient know as Pins had been killed two shots to the head with 10mm standard rounds. His blood was used to write JJC on the wall. The assailant was though to have left via the window and rappelled to street level.
Mr Sanchez has his people looking into this.
February 23rd 2063
There is an explosion and fire at Webbs apartment block. His apartment and several others on the floor are gutted by fire. Investigators on the scene suspect arson. Webbs body is not found in the fire
1st March 2063
Shade, Pathfinder, Dr Faulks, the Mole and Lake go to the Moles Street clinic owned by Dr Montoya. A corp suit style investigator by the name of Mr Hatchard is there with some additional security. He has already done a thorough investigation of the scene. He found no fingerprints. He obtained two 10 mm rounds used to shoot pins in the head and the fragments of 4 Neurostun 10 Gas grenades. The words JJC has been smeared in Pinss blood over his body on the wall.
The assailant was caught on CCTV, and was human (or maybe ork or elf) over 6, of a well built and dressed in black including a black balaclava. He entered by assailing from the roof using a disposable catalyst rope ( a rope which can be disposed off instantly by touching a catalysts stick to it which breaks it down) and entered by using a shaped C4 charge. He then set off several Neurostun grenades and incapacitated the security, before executing Pins and leaving by the windows again to street level.
Dr Faulks psychometric analysis revealed only reveals that the assailant was of a professional manor, with a singular goal and fixed purpose. There was little emotion at the scene.
Mr Hatchard has been recruited to discover the identity of the assailant. The owner of the Street clinic is of course concerned that having one of there patients assassinated will be bad for business. There is a bounty of 100,000 Nuyen for his capture alive, half if dead.
Mr Hatchard would like to interview anyone who knew Pins, who the assailant is and who the JJC are, to find any information which is relevant to this assassination.
