Subject Dawn Finch (Real Name: Joanna Scott) was obtained from the Tranquil Ilse Institute (subsidary of Elysium Inc on August 14th 2058. An orphan from a car crash which killed both her parents, she had severe mental and psychological trauma, including such symtoms as muteness and schitzophrenia. Her mental malleability made ideal material for Project Songbird.
