Banded

During the Renraku Archology Shutdown many people were taken by the AI and brainwashed, implanted with psychotropic cyberware and other devices to serve their new master. Despite best medical efforts many of the rescued banded are still effected by the brainwashing into becoming loyal servants of the AI.
