The mysterious fixer and Johnson known as The Travel Agent operates in and around the city of Seattle. He maintains a stable of 'Tour Guides' 'runners who he has done business with before. When work comes up he contacts a tour guide and lets them put the team together. He is a tough but reasonable negotiator and has been known to 'sweeten the pot' with advanced programs and gear as well as nuyen.
