Second largest city in CAS. Situated in the south east of CAS in the state of Louisiana on the Mississippi River not far from the coast of the Gulf Of Mexico and on teh south shore of Lake Pontchartrain. Estaiblished in 1718 by the French and then sold to America. New Orleans is a melting pot of cultures including the locals known as Creoles, as well as other groups such as Cajun, German, Sicillian, and Irish. Most megacoperations have no large scale presence in New Orleans, with the exception of Cross Applied Technologies whose Cross Biomedical division has its headquaters here.
