Project Songbird was initiated on May 20th 2060. It's objectives were to create a cost effective and marketable Skill Wire and Skill Soft package which could me marketed to corportate and government agencies.

The initial customer was the CAS government who expresses an interest in the project for military and police applications. After extensive field tests the CAS government rejected the project saying it removed too much of the human element.

Rather than close the project it was reclassified under Black Ops. Under the management of Senior Executive Ryan Novak and his assistant Robert Denman, project Sonbird set about aquiring maleable subjects which would be used in the program. 6 subjects were obtained all suffering from metal trauma and conditions which mad them more suseptable to simsense reprogramming. 2 subjects, Sparrowhawk and Falcon were terminated due to a lack of sutibility. The programmed continued and the primary test subject went online on April 20th 2061 code named Dawn Finch. The subject was place in several test senarios but in her first operations codenamed Black Briar she went out of control, and on a mission which had a projected casualty risk of 0-10% she killed 8 people. She never returned to control and went rogue.

Project Songbird was terminated...
